How points are counted
Summed across every character on the account: each reset is worth 10 points, each master reset 100, every 10 levels 1 point and every 20 master levels 1 point. Nothing needs to be enabled — if you have played, you already have your score on the first visit.
The fee charged on a sale is always the seller's, never the buyer's. And the level never raises the fee: if the market-wide fee is lower than your tier's, the lower one applies.
